LAS VEGAS -- Police are asking for the public's help in identifying an armed robber who stole cash from a store in the 4900 block of E. Charleston Boulevard Thursday.
According to police, the robber entered the store, jumped over a counter and used a firearm to subdue employees. After taking cash from the register, he left the store.
The robber is described as a black man in his 20s, slim and standing 6 feet 1 inches to 6 feet 3 inches. He was wearing a dark blue or black baseball cap, gray long sleeve shirt, dark blue shorts with white stripes down the side, black socks, dark shoes with three white stripes and gloves. He wore earrings in the right ear.
Anyone with information is urged to call Metro's Robbery Section at 702-828-3591 or, to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555. Tips directly leading to an arrest or indictment processed through Crime Stoppers may result in a cash reward.
