LAS VEGAS -- The Clark County Coroner's Office has determined the cause of death for a man who was found dead just outside University Medical Center last month.

According to the coroner, 43-year-old Jason King Forrester of Irvine, California died from a painkiller overdose, including methadone, morphine, oxycodone and amphetamine.

Forrester had been involved in a car crash earlier in the day and had been treated and released twice at UMC. He was later found curled up at the employee entrance to the trauma center.
