LAS VEGAS -- This is the 27th year for the Trouble in Toyland report which identifies toys that can be dangerous. It has led to more than 250 recalls, over the years.
This year's list includes a Dora the Explorer guitar, toy cars with small wheels, and desktop magnets.
The report looks at choking hazards, toxic chemicals, magnetic toys, and excessively noisy toys.
"Toys that are over 85 decibels, any prolonged exposure to toys over 85 decibels can lead to some degree of hearing loss in any age range," said Erin Larkin, United States Public Interest Research group.
