LAS VEGAS -- There were delays in bus service at several Clark County schools on the first day of school.
"Several delays that took place yesterday are unacceptable, however, magnet school bus delays of 30 to 40 minutes are not uncommon during the first few weeks of school. The process of transferring students from one bus to another takes time for students, schools and drivers to learn," CCSD spokesperson Amanda Fulkerson said.
District officials are asking parents and students to be patient as the district works to make route adjustments.
The most efficient way for parents to obtain transportation information is by checking this link.
