(Apr. 28) -- Eyewitness News should know next week whether the mother of a diabetic girl who died from medical neglect will face charges. The coroner ruled 11-year-old Ariel Botzet's death a homicide. Her mother, who brought her to the hospital in a semi-comatose state, has not been charged in her death. But the District Attorney's office met with police Tuesday and said a decision on charges will be made next week.
