LAS VEGAS -- There is an art to twirling and 35 students at Woodbury Middle School have spent three months mastering the craft.
The twirling team is getting ready to perform at two big events in the coming weeks.
They're learning from the best.
International twirling star Bonnie Bruckner is their instructor, she's also an English teacher.
The team says they're nervous, but excited for their upcoming performances.
You can see the kids in person at the Henderson Heritage Days Parade on April 21st and the Helldorado Days Parade on May 19th.
