HENDERSON, Nev. A brazen well-planned robbery at The Galleria Mall at Sunset is leaving police with lots of questions. The armed suspects are still on the loose.

Police say the thieves had the jewelry store heist planned down to the second. There were only two customers inside Ben Bridge Jewelers when the suspects ran in and smashed a display case with expensive watches.

SLIDESHOW: Surveillance video pictures of three suspects.

Twenty-three-year-old Daniel Clark was at the wrong place at the wrong time Sunday night. "I didn't get a chance to be scared. I just reacted, got down and put my hands up," he said.

Clark and his fiancee were inside the jewelry store when three armed men wearing masks entered the store. The trio smashed a showcase filled with expensive watches and took off with the merchandise.

"It seemed like they have been there before," Clark said.

"This was clearly people who had all this planned out," said Keith Paul with Henderson Police.

This is the latest in a recent series of brazen robberies. Earlier this month, a North Las Vegas pawn shop was robbed by armed gunmen. The suspects were caught but not before taking off with cash and weapons in a getaway car.

"It's scary because they did have a gun and you don't know what's going to happen when a gun is involved," Paul said

Fortunately, no one was hurt Sunday. Clark and his fiancee were the only customers in the store. He said, at one point, one of the suspects even looked scared as he was carrying out the crime.

"I'd like to believe these guys had no intention of hurting anyone. One, because they didn't and two because charges would multiply if they get caught. I like to assume the best in people, even criminals," Clark said.

The three suspects are still on the loose. Police are hoping tips from the public will help track them down.
