LAS VEGAS -- District Court Judge Donald Mosley is retiring. Mosley announced his retirement and says his last day on the bench will be March 2, 2012.
Judge Mosley has sat on the bench since 1983 and presided over thousands of criminal trials.
Mosley graduated from Tulsa University Law School in 1976 and served as a deputy city attorney for three years before being elected to the Las Vegas Municipal Court.
Mosley is currently hearing the Dipak Desai case and will retire shortly before the case is scheduled for trial.
