LAS VEGAS -- Metro Police have arrested the second suspect in connection with a murder that lead to an officer involved shooting this week.

Police took 28-year-old Adam Williamson into custody late Thursday night. He is charged with accessory to murder. Police say the charge stems from Williamson's attempt to assist in concealing the murder of 50-year-old Rodolfo Velasco-Bayardo and his failure to report the crime.

Another suspect, 23-year-old Jason Baires, was shot to death by police after they attempted to stop him for questioning. According to police, Baires had a lengthy criminal history.

Police were attempting to stop Baires to question him about the body of Velasco-Bayardo, discovered in a home the previous day.

According to the police report, Baires asked Williamson to help him dispose of Velasco-Bayardo's body.

Williamson is caught on videotape buying a chainsaw from a nearby K-Mart. Williamson also admitted to police that Baires showed him the body and he said he helped move items from a grave that Baires was digging in the backyard of the home.

Velasco-Bayardo, was the boyfriend of Baires' mother, Dominga Hernandez. Hernandez told police they two had fought about a traffic ticket she had received.
