Tenth Person Pleads Guilty in HOA Fraud Scheme

LAS VEGAS -- A Las Vegas woman has pleaded guilty for her role in a scheme to fraudulently gain control of condominium homeowners' associations.

Forty-four-year-old Denise Keser pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. She is the tenth person to plead guilty in this case.

Keser admitted she participated in a scheme to control various HOA boards for the purpose of directing construction-related lawsuits and construction contracts to certain law firms and construction companies.
