LAS VEGAS -- Home sales continue on an upswing from one year ago but prices have fallen again, according to the Greater Las Vegas Realtors Association.
The median price for a single-family homes sold in September was $123,400 which is down 8.6 percent from last September when the median price was $135,000. Bank-owned homes accounted for half of all the homes sold.
The total number of homes sold in September was 4,108 which is down from August but up from one year ago when 3,603 homes sold.
