LAS VEGAS -- Tens of thousands of people dealing with diabetes took time this weekend to take part in the Big Blue Test.
It's an effort that started last year, asking that on World Diabetes Day, November 14th, those with diabetes test their blood sugar, and then do 14 minutes of activity and then test again.
It is meant to show people just how exercise can help the their blood sugar levels.
This year, Roche Diabetes Care has teamed up and is donating to the Diabetes Hand Foundation. For every person who watches this promotional video, they are giving up to $75,000. So there is still time for your to watch it and help fund diabetes care for those in need.
May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month. Las Vegas oncologist Dr. Paul Michael stopped by 8 News NOW This Morning to discuss the warning signs of skin cancer.
