UMC Offering Free Breast Exams

Posted: Updated:

LAS VEGAS -- In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, UMC is offering free clinical breast exams.

The American Cancer Society says more than 200,000 women will be diagnosed with invasive breast cancer this year.

The free breast exams will take place on Thursday, Oct. 21 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 1000 Shadow Lane. You can call 207-8265 for more information.

The exams will be performed by health care providers who will check the breasts for lumps or irregularities that could signal breast cancer.
