SHOPPERS BOUGHT HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF TOYS FOR FOSTER KIDS AT A LAS VEGAS TARGET STORE,

THANKS TO THE DONATIONS OF A COUPLE OF LOCAL BUSINESSES.  THESE FOSTER PARENTS WENT UP AND DOWN THE AISLES ARMED WITH A LONG WISH LIST -- DOLLS, FOOTBALLS, RADIO-CONTROLLED CARS, YOU-NAME-IT.  THE DONATION WAS A WELCOME RELIEF TO FOSTER FAMILIES WHERE THE BUDGET IS STRETCHED THIN FOR EVERYBODY:

"Cause our children are biological children or adopted children, we can't separate them, they all share everything in our homes...so that was one thing that we wanted to make sure that...the kids know that we are families, that's how we're going to celebrate the holidays,"  says Jeanmarie Schirling, Clark County Foster and Adoptive Parent Association.

THE FOSTER AND ADOPTIVE PARENT ASSOCIATION SAYS THERE'S ABOUT 2,000 CHILDREN IN 700 FOSTER HOMES IN CLARK COUNTY...AND EVERY ONE OF THEM WILL GET THE GIFT THEY ASKED FOR.
