Depression Pills Could Interfere with Breast Cancer Treatment

Women who are taking Tamoxifen after breast cancer treatment need to be aware that some drug interactions can counteract the effects of the tamoxifen. This article from the Harvard Health Newsletter talks about Prozac, Paxil, and Wellbutrin in particular., and their generic equivalents paroxetine, fluoxetine and bupropion. Be sure to ask your doctor if you are taking any of these along with Tamoxifen.
