LAS VEGAS -- The arraignment for the 60-year-old former physician-owner of Las Vegas-area colonoscopy clinics is delayed until Friday.
Keith Mathahs the nurse anesthetist did appear in court. He is charged with racketeering, insurance fraud and neglect of patients. The judge denied his bail.
Ronald Lakeman, also a nurse anesthetist, was arrested Tuesday in Georgia.
Both nurses and Dr. Dipak Desai face 28 felony charges stemming from a 2007 hepatitis C outbreak.
Dipak Desai posted $1 million bond Monday following his indictment on charges that could put him in prison for the rest of his life.
Mathahs and Desai are due back in court on Friday, June 11th.
