Nevada posted the nation's highest rate of foreclosures for the 22nd consecutive month, according to a RealtyTrac report.
One in every 74 homes in the state received a foreclosure filing last month.
RealtyTrac estimates that by the end of the year, more than 1 million bank-owned homes will be on the market, representing around a third of all properties for sale in the U.S.
