The Nevada Wedding Association is finalizing its plan to stop wedding chapels from hassling soon-to-be-newlyweds outside of the Marriage License Bureau.
Many people feel several wedding chapels are going too far to get potential customers to their altars.
They claim aggressive handbillers are part of the reason there's been an 11-percent decline in Las Vegas weddings.
It's estimated that nearly four-percent of visitors come to Las Vegas for weddings.
