Police in Carson City have made an arrest in the 1982 murder of a teenage beauty queen.
60-year-old David Winfield Mitchell was arrested in Trinidad. He's accused of sexually assaulting, beating and strangling 18-year-old Sheila Harris. She was the then-reigning Miss Douglas County.
Mitchell is expected to return to the U.S. in the next two weeks.
