Dozier claims he didn't know who the men were SWAT officers.The man accused of shooting at Metro Police Officers during a drug raid was arraigned Monday morning. Emmanuel Dozier is charged with three counts of attempted murder, three counts of battery and drug charges.
Dozier claims he didn't know who the men were SWAT officers and thought someone was breaking into his house. His trial is scheduled March 2, 2009.
