Police say an NFL player incited the fight inside of a Las Vegas strip club that led to a shooting outside. They are now ready to file charges against him.

NEW: Lawyers Say 'Pacman' Jones Will Fight Las Vegas Charges

Adam "Pacman" Jones now faces two felony counts of coercion for his role in a brawl and triple- shooting at the Minxx strip club over the NBS All-Star weekend that left the club manager paralyzed and two others wounded.

Two others also face felony charges. But police say the shooter is still on the loose. A Las Vegas lawyer representing the three is expected to contact police to arrange their surrender.

Police say Jones attacked four people, including a woman, inside the club and threatened to shoot others while simulating he had gun in his pants outside the club. It all started with some cash that Jones was allegedly throwing around.

Authorities say he's being charged because he stopped club security from doing their jobs during the brawl.

Another man named, Robert "Big Rob" Reid, was also charged with coercion and a woman named, Sadia Morrison who was with Jones that night, was charged with coercion, assault with a deadly weapon and battery.

Metro Captain James Dillon said, "We do have some information I believe that others involved in this incident are known to each other but we haven't gathered other evidence that is sufficient."

No charges were filed against Pacman Jones for the triple shooting that happened outside the club.

Police have released a picture of a person of interest as their investigation continues.

District Attorney David Roger wants police to identify that man."These detectives are diligent, tenacious and they're not going to rest until they find the shooters in this case," he stated.

If convicted on the coercion charges, Jones faces up to twelve years in prison.

Pacman Jones and his attorney admit he was there when shots were fired outside Minxx but say nothing links him to the shooting, and they say the brawl was a "glorified" bar fight.

Tom Urbanski and his family would disagree. He's still undergoing painful and exhausting rehabilitation from injuries he suffered that violent February night

The family of Thomas Urbanski told Eyewitness News they hope the charges filed Wednesday will lead police to finding the gunman who shot and left their son paralyzed from the waist down.

It's a tough reality for Donald Urbanski knowing his youngest child may never walk again. Since the shooting, he and his wife have been traveling to and from Colorado to visit Thomas.

Urbanski just spent Father's Day with his son. The charges against three people including NFL athlete Adam "Pacman" Jones is somewhat comforting.

"I guess it's a good thing. But this whole thing has never been about him. It's been about my son. But the fact that he a person of profile, we probably would have never gotten any kind of justice, had it not been a high profile case," Donald Urbanski said.

Thomas Urbanski is expected to return to Las Vegas sometime in July. But this may be delayed because of some recent kidney problems.

His father is hoping the county expedites some permit requests to get his home accessible for a wheelchair.

There was talk Thomas and his wife considering a civil lawsuit, but his father says it's still too early to determine if this will happen or not.

Jones has been suspended from the NFL for the next season because of this and several other off-the-field incidents.

Since being drafted by the Tennessee Titans in 2005, Jones has been questioned by police in ten different incidents including fights, public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
