(Aug. 25) -- Roy horn appeared in a wheelchair at the Havana Night Club revue at the Stardust Hotel Tuesday night. It's his first appearance since the tiger attack last fall.

Manager Bernie Yuman, says that Horn was able to see the Siegfried and Roy backed Cuban revue after returning from Denver. Horn was there for the past two weeks at the Craig Hospital Rehabilitation Center for stroke and trauma victims.

The company that produced the Siegfried & Roy magic show says it won't give federal investigators the video of a tiger attack on Roy Horn because it's protecting the performer's privacy.

Feld entertainment also says it offered to show video footage on several occasions to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, but the agency declined the invitation.

(Aug. 24) -- Eyewitness News was the first to report new developments in the tiger mauling of Roy Horn on Tuesday.

The company that produced the Siegfried & Roy show at the Mirage is refusing to hand over the tape of the show in which Roy Horn was nearly killed when he was bitten onstage by a 300-pound tiger.

Federal authorities are investigating the Oct. 3 incident and have tried to obtain the video from Feld Entertainment -- but to no avail. Now the U.S.D.A. says they will pursue legal avenues to try to get it. The agency is currently conducting an investigation into possible violations of the Animal Welfare Act by Feld Entertainment.

Tuesday afternoon a spokesman for Siegfried and Roy told Eyewitness News the duo have no comment on the matter. And a spokesman for the Mirage Hotel-Casino also said they would have no comment, as the hotel does not have ownership rights to that tape.

A spokesman for Feld Entertainment, which is based in Virginia, could not be reached for comment.
