A Cheyenne High School librarian assistant is facing a charge of sexual misconduct with a student.
Donna Washburne was arrested on Sunday for allegedly performing oral sex on a 17-year-old boy in the school parking lot.
According to the police report, the incident occurred in the back seat of Washburne's car and was observed by a school police officer.
The report says the boy told police that the 47-year-old Washburne had called him earlier in the day and asked if he wanted to hang out.
Washburne told officers that she thought the boy was 18-years-old.
